Texas City Is Offering Big Tax Breaks to Samsung to Build New Chip Plant

Samsung is being lured by Taylor city in Texas with big tax breaks to build a $17 billion (roughly Rs. 1,24,200 crores) chip plant that is expected to create 1,800 new jobs.
