The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Thursday issued a consultation paper on issues related to traffic management practices and the multi-stakeholder body for 'net neutrality'.

The social media platform is testing a feature that will let users tag a group of people on Instagram Stories via just a single mention.
